mz. arteest
you really want to see this?

blah

Not much to report this week...I'm feeling awfully blah.  I did finish coloring Mz. Arteest, but that's about it.  Now I've got to figure out how to get the marker off of her neck, where I didn't want it...sandpaper?

I am bound and determined to make a harp this weekend.  I want to get it done before I start my vacation the weekend after, so that if I want to play in my studio I'm ready to move on to fun stuff.  Besides which, I want to make Ghosty.

I just have to clean off my craft table first...I'm horrible at putting things away when I'm done with them.  I'll get down to a little postage stamp sized spot that's difficult to work in because the rest of the table is covered in supplies I'm already done with...then I just shake my head and lecture myself while I clean...I'm such a dork.

We need pictures of your messy table!!
Actually, I can well imagine - it looks like mine, I'm sure.
Starting out with such a clean expanse and such optimism, slowly narrowing as you get out more materials to use, then discard them as they are no longer needed, making small piles that eventually turn into teetering mountains of stuff, strata of things you now need and wonder where you put them, since they are long buried and lost.
I keep getting more tables and cabinets, sure that that is the trick - "If I only had more room for stuff, I would have more free room to make stuff" - but nope.
Is this why so many creative people over the centuries have despaired and gone mad? Not enough room for stuff?
Is it too early for me to have thought about this?

LOL...that's me! I spent over half an hour looking for my tube of black paint when I was working on Mz. Crow...only to find it on my craft table, buried under a pile of stuff.
