I did some ebay shopping one evening when I was bored but too tired to work in my studio...spent some of my hard earned overtime pay.
I bought a set of refrigerator magnets from Hong Kong.
I really just wanted the record player and TV, but the price was right for the whole set. I'll use them all in various dollhouses except for the table with sushi, that will stay on the refrigerator. The telephone is way too big for half scale, so I'm going to see if I can get it off the stand then give it away (Brae, are you interested?).
I absolutely adore the old style record player.
I also bought a die cast cabinet. I already own one, this gives me a set.
I'm going to spend more of my overtime pay on a weekend in Chicago to attend the Bishop International Show. I think I'm going to fly down this time instead of drive. I hope the hotel has some rooms left!
Los muebles son preciosos. El mueble del tocadiscos es una maravilla. Besos

I'm always amazed at the stuff you find. You're so creative! I would just look at them and see magnets. :)

Just catching up on the last couple of posts!! These magnets are great! I can see the phone working in the Haunted Herritage.
Love the pictures on the stairwell -

Oooh...that phone is pretty great! I've been trying to decide between a candlestick phone and a phone like the one you have here. :D It'll be great to see you in Chicago again! There are two other shows in the area that weekend, too. There's a free shuttle that goes between the three hotels.

When are you going to Chicago? Three shows - you two will be exhausted!
And we will have a thousand new pictures to see, right?
Love the magnets - especially the sewing machine.
But the last cabinet is my fav - did you paint it?
